All sessions are online. No long-term contracts — book as many or as few sessions as you need.
Personalized sessions focused entirely on your student. Bring a concept that isn't clicking, an upcoming test, a problem set — whatever's on the table that week. Most students book the 55-minute slot as their regular session.
Available in three lengths: 25, 55, or 90 minutes. College and university rates are higher to reflect the increased complexity of the material.
Don't see a time that works? Email kristen@mindthegaptutoring.ca and I'll do my best to accommodate.
Book a Tutoring SessionEvery session is built around what your student needs that day. No group dynamics, no curriculum to follow — just the material in front of you and the support to actually understand it.
Email your completed assignment before the session. I review it offline, mark it up with corrections and explanations, and return it within 48 hours. This isn't just "checking answers" — the goal is making sure the feedback actually teaches something.
Best for students who are working through ILC modules independently, have a specific assignment due, or want detailed written feedback they can reference later.
Email assignments to kristen@mindthegaptutoring.ca. Book a slot to confirm the session, then attach your work in a follow-up email.
Book Assignment ReviewA lot of assignment "review" services circle wrong answers and hand it back. This one explains why something is wrong and what the correct approach looks like — so students don't repeat the same mistakes on the exam.

Weekly 25-minute video calls designed specifically for ILC students who struggle with the self-paced format. We review progress across all courses, catch problems before they become deadline issues, set weekly goals, and build a timeline that actually gets the student to completion.
ILC courses time out. That's a real consequence that's easy to avoid with the right structure in place. These sessions are that structure.
Booked as a recurring weekly series. You can stop at any point — no lock-in beyond what you've scheduled.
Book Accountability SessionsILC courses are self-paced, which sounds great until a student goes three weeks without opening the course. These check-ins add a weekly touchpoint that keeps students moving, catch problems early, and prevent the panic that comes from falling too far behind.

If you're enrolling for the first time or have had a previous application rejected or returned, this is the session that gets it done right.
90-minute session. Includes review of your Evidence of Learning documentation and guided completion of the enrollment form.
